About the Role
Working in a fast-paced team environment on a client site, the role of Customer Service Team Member focuses mainly on the efficient management of both physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements.
Main Duties:
- Records Management
- Mailroom
- Corporate Concierge
- File creations and retrievals
- Data Entry/Admin
- Sentencing
- Handle and resolve phone and email enquiries
- Ad hoc administration / duties as required
- Some moderate to heavy lifting
Key Requirements
- Experience within the Records Management field would be preferred
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work well within or lead a team
- Excellent administrative, time management and organisational skills
- Desire to deliver and exceed client expectations
